No Cancellations Policy
- Once purchased there is no cancellations policy.
Refunds
As a pay-and-use digital service, fees are generally non-refundable once a term begins. We may refund when required by law or if:
- Duplicate charges or billing errors caused by us or Razorpay
- Service not delivered due to a verified fault on our side with no reasonable workaround
- Fraudulent payment after investigation
Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay to the original method, subject to processor/bank timelines.
